Action: Following the claim’s validation, Han Glam will start the compensation procedure. The decision will be communicated to the consumer, who will also get additional instructions, if necessary, for returning the business.
The original payment method used for the transaction will be used to handle refunds. The time it takes for the refund to appear in the customer’s account may vary depending on the financial institution and mode of payment.
Refund Ineligibility:
Change of Mind: Due to individual preferences, Han Glam is unable to provide refunds for changes of heart or dissatisfaction with the product.
Products damaged as a result of the customer’s incorrect handling, storage, or use will not be refunded.
